A question

My period was meant to come on the 2nd of oct and it still hasn't started. I took 3 pregnancy tests so far and they were all negative. I haven't done another since Tuesday. I had spotting like a week before my period was due. Me and my partner never use protection. For two days I've had hardly no CM. It seems so dry. Does your mc become dry when you become pregnant? Or? What could be the cause of this? I will be doing a test next week.
