I had some really bad cramping all day long today while I was at work. It didn't happen in intervals. Just a constant cramp that kept me from moving as fast as I usually can. Almost like period cramps that were doubling me over and really uncomfortable at times. I also had some pain in my lower back too. I never went to the hospital or called the doc. I just assumed Braxton hicks. What do contractions feel like? I feel fine now and nothing bad ever happened. If it got worse I was going to go to the emergency room but it has subsided. I am 29 weeks and he's still been moving all day. Should I be concerned?
