TTC #1 going on 9 months that me and my fiancé is TTC!☺️?

I didn't start last month and this month going on 3rd week that I still haven't started I took a pregnancy test and it said negative.. How long did you have to wait to see if you was pregnant? Me and my fiancé is trying for our #1 and been trying for 9 months now and still nothing! I have had all symptoms besides nausea I have hard breast soreness for about 3 weeks and I have bad cravings and had acne bad and I have never had it this bad and I have to pee a lot too needing some prayer on this I need all I can get please and thank you and I will also pray all you other women TTC.
