Can anybody answer this?

I'm on CD 29 and I have irregular periods, I have just gotten some really whitish watery CM (sorry tmi) this morning and I wanted to know if this is normal or is it a sign, my breasts are sore & I feel kinda nauseous.. me and my fiancé have been actively TTC for a couple months now.
