Do OPK work?

Last month AF was almost 2 weeks late and I had to take provera. I have been using opk for 2 weeks now and am on CD 21. Haven't had what I think is a positive opk. Having pain on my right side of my pelvis. opk not showing anything at all! What is going on? Any insight?

I am just really confused, and afraid to take a break trying..we did it every other day, and I'm not sure when exactly my cycle will come
​Because it was messed up! Hopefully never! I find it odd that NO second line is showing up. Wish I just had answer!

My friend is pregnant.  She tried for 9 months to concieve and never had a positive opk although she did them every month!  I only get them if I use FMU although each pack tells you NOT to do this.  Clear blue digis are the best I think although expensive.... takes away the mystery of the line darkness!  This month I am going to try temping in the mornings with opks to try and get a bigger picture of when I actually ovulate.

Similar situation!!!! I was four days late for AF. Took clomide beginning on the 5th and finished on the 9th. Started doing ovaluation test for the first time this month. Haven't had what I would call a OPK and I too am having slight pain not only on my right side but also left side in the ovary area.

What brand are you using? If possible, I'd suggest testing twice a day to make sure you don't miss your surge.  Do you usually have regular cycles?
