Am I being a symptom spotter? Too early?

12 dpo and ever since about 5dpo have felt off. Boobs full, nipple very sore, peeing a lot, moody, strange mild cramps/movement in low abdomen, even my SO out of nowhere last night asked me if I was pregnant. Symptoms all seemed to stop this morning but Tested today anyway and was BFN, am I just testing too early? AF due Thursday. My 1st was a compete suprise and didn't realize I was pregnant until I was 6 weeks. He'll be 1 next week and I'll be 32, really hoping I'm going to give him a playmate!
