clear fluid from nipples?

hi I'm 21+2 with my first baby and noticed clear fluid on my nipples earlier! I thought this wasn't meant to come until babys due? X

Lol I had the same thing happen to me as well. It normal. I was worried I was going to have milk leaking out before my baby is here.?

well I kept getting shooting pains in my boobs a couple of days ago n noticed it last night in bed while I had hand on belly lol x

Yep! Totally normal!! I notice mine if I'm braless and moving around a lot! With my first I remember by the end I would wake up with my shirt soaked!

Just your nipples getting themselves ready! You may notice it more after the shower, that is when mine seem to seep...

It's called colostrum and is totally normal. When your baby is born the colostrum is actually excellent for your baby to nurse! It's just the clear fluid that comes out before the milk.
