Someone help! Please

For the last couple of weeks I have been feeling nausea but bit actually throwing up, I have been having these little pains in my stomach which my sis says it's just my egg in the tube.... well I took a test today and it was a BFN! :'(, AF is suppose to start Oct 28, did I test to early???
