Help ! Cramping!

Okay ladies I need your help as to what this could be, I've been experiencing light cramping on and off for the past hour ? 7 dpo and 7-10 days until AF is due! Do you think it could AF coming early? I really hope not! Please help if anyone else experience this before ?
