Can sex make you dilate

I am 32 weeks and after me and boyfriend stop having sex I start having contractions and so I went to the hospital and they told me I dilated 2.5 cm

After spending two hours there nothing change

Now I am just in pain

I was already 1 cm and have been at 1 cm for over a mouth

My pregnancy is already high risk

This is my third pregnancy and I had my daughter , second pregnancy, at 32 weeks - a little freaked out right now

I am curious can it make you dilate

Even though this my pregnancy every pregnancy is different my 1st I didn't have sex during my pregnancy-my second I did but I went in to labor for other reasons
