Strong cramps ..when u O?

Hi so I'm thinking I'm ovulating had the dip in bt. With egg white cm.. but I'm expercing strong cramps.  Like pulsing cramps.. normal?  And tightness in my lower abdomen..  pls any info. Thx.

I have the same thing happen to me when I ovulate. I looked it up once and read something that said that only 25% of women have strong enough ovulation to feel it, or something along those lines. I hope that helps you. ~Jessi
