My FWB wants me to give him a bj but I'm scared he'll think I'm crazy if I ask him to put on a condom. He's a good friend but I haven't known him long enough to know if he's clean or not. Help!

Don't they make flavored condoms specifically for blow jobs? Pretty sure I've seen them sold in bathroom vending machines and advertised online. Also, I've seen a whole lot of pictures of STDs in Health class. Not just in the genital region either--I've seen rashes and breakouts all over people's faces and necks because of oral sex. Don't be silly, wrap that willy.

Also I don't condone FWB. To me sex is something sacred and meaningful, intended only to be shared between people truly in love.

Depends on how well I know them/trust them. In my opinion a bj is more intimate than sex. You're all up in their business. I prefer knowing the guy/being in a relationship to do oral or really to do anything. It's just more enjoyable for me and much safer. No condom = higher risk of STDs. I've taken the risk with guys I don't know but probably not something I'd suggest doing. I was drunk, in college, and not making the greatest decisions. Hooking up can be exciting  for a while maybe but at times can also be uncomfortable and worrisome. When your with a guy you love and trust and who loves you there is a hell of a lot less to worry about. So if you're asking my advice is to not risk the STDs you could get from giving a bj to a stranger. Not worth it. Although I wouldn't judge you if you did.
