Tad confused..as always lol

Some tmi..Ok, the 11th-13th, I had fertile cm and then it stopped by the 14th. The 16th was fertile cm again, and it stopped then started again since the 19th. I've been having af-like cramps since I think yesterday, and today I had a huge amount of ewcm and it had creamy yellowish cm mixed in. It's a possible surge in progesterone I was told, but what does that mean at this point in my cycle? I'm so not used to all this lol ?
