Am I just over stressing?

On my placebo pill for this week and it's my first time on birth control and I know I should be getting my period now but I did take plan b over a month ago so I'm not sure if my body is still trying to adjust. Also today I started having a fever and lower abdominal heaviness

You won't necessarily start your period on the day u start placebo. Before my miscarriage, I would get mine on the 4th placebo day, after I steadily would get on the 3rd day.

It would also be ok for you to miss a month or two as well,  but seeing as you took plan b shortly before, my reccomendation, would be first, to relax and wait out until the end of your placebos. I'd you still don't get it before you are ready to start your new pack, take a test. If it is negative, continue you woth your new pack.

Just remember you have put a huge dose of hormones in your body with the plan b and with starting the pill, your body may have gotten confused. You may need time.
