Help! - for clomid!

I am on clomid and have been for the last 5 months. This month, they doubled my dose because I did not ovulate last cycle, so I'm now taking 100mg. I was using opks from days 13-20, but the test line was never darker. When I had my period it was just a day and a half of spotting really, and it came 3 or 4 days early. Now here I am on day 9 of my next cycle, extremely nauseous. My question is is this because I upped my dosage on clomid, or could it be that my last "period "was implantation? Should I test?
