Did I miscarry early or am I just having a period with pregnancy?

Ive had two positive pregnancy test but last night I got extreme bad back pain with cramping and then I bled till morning. Now it's mostly spotting but my back still aches with cramps. Is it possible to still be pregnant or no?

Make an appt to see your gp, and in the meantime retest. 
​I had the same (not quite as severe as you're explaining) with my 2nd pregnancy, and my mum said told me to re test! I hadn't thought about it... If you're still pregnant and not miscarrying then the test will still be positive. But still go to your gp and make sure everything is fine. ✨
