What is your menstrual care method?

I personally use the menstrual cup and it was the best decision I've ever made. Hygienic, environmentally friendly, compatible with my lifestyle and oh so convenient! What do you use, and why?

Tampons while out/at work and pads at home... Sometimes both if I'm heavy.

Had a bad experience in hs so I always use more than I should. I'm still traumatized lol

I voted cloth pads but really I only use them for the light flow days, and a Diva Cup for the other days. Haven't spent a cent on menstrual products in 2 years!

I've always used Always pads. I don't know how to use tampons.
