Implantation spotting?

Hi ladies! I am currently 8dpo and have had cramping yesterday and today. I've had weird colored discharge both yesterday and today (brown/pink cm) along with a small amount of dark colored blood, only when I wiped 1x today. My temperature spiked today almost a full degree. I still have about 6-7 days til AF is due. Does this match the description of implantation bleeding?
