Help...

I had a d&c on September 2nd, well I just got my first period since then last Monday.. Well on October 11th I had brown spotting on the 14th I had red spotting on the 16th the same and she showed up on the 20th. Well I stopped bleeding late Friday night early Saturday we'll yesterday I started bleeding again and a few mins ago started again.. It stopped all day and has done this a few times.. What should I do, or what could this be??
