Feeling emotional

Kelly • Wed, Oct 29 • Ttc #2. Have an amazing son who`s 9 lost his twin in early pregnancy and had a miscarriage and ectopic over last 2 yrs x

Was a year ago today I got that all important bfp was so excited and happy but the pregnancy ended up being ectopic and I needed emergency surgery on the 2nd November ... So many thoughts going through my head oh always says not to dwell and everything happens for a reason but I can't help thinking about it all xx
