Vitex?

I had a miscarriage in Aug. And was told I have anovulatory cycles, have anyone used vitex to help with ovulation? I have regular 30 days cycles

Vitex really messed up my cycles. I am talking I had a 53 day cycle with no ovulation. you won't see any real results until after you've been taking it for a few months. I've heard good things but I took if for 5 months and it messed me up more than I was to begin with. Good luck to you though!

I took vitex after my miscarriage in September. I took vitex liquid extract though since your body absorbs it better that capsules. After taking it for 11 days I ovulated. I was diagnosed with PCOS so I know I don't ovulate on my own and if I do it's not every month. Goodluck.
