What's wrong!

I've been trying to get pregnant for 8 months now, I've had a ruptured cyst on my ovaries months ago, they said it couldn't affect pregnancy. To be honest, I'm 17 my mom is very sick and she wanted to be a grandma before she left, I'm the oldest can someone help me without negativity.
