PlanB pill

Today my boyfriend and I had sex, and the condom broke. I took a Plan B pill and it's been several hours, but I just secreted a mucus-like blob. Does that mean the pill has worked, or is it just a fluke? Thanks in advance for your help, this is the first time I've ever taken this pill. This month I started progestin-only birth control but was on antibiotics which I know diminish the effectiveness. Please comment!
