Should I break up with my boyfriend if he cancels on me?

So my boyfriend keeps canceling on my all the time which stinks cause I'm on this emotional rollacoaster that he puts me on cause I get all happy when we set a date and then he cancels the day before or the day of and I'll cry and be so heartbroken. We love eachother and everything but I just feel I'm not a priority anymore.
