Coming off depo

Hey guys! I had my first and only shot of the depo injection in June and it ran out in September. I didn't go back for my next. Since then I have been spotting every single day & can't figure out if my periods are back or if I'm ovulating. Currently taking folic acid & agnus castus.

Anyone going through the same thing?
