Pre menstrual vs early pregnancy.
My husband and I have been TTC for about 6 months. I used to take pregnancy tests way too early, and quite frankly, it's dumb, a waste of money, and makes me feel horrible. So I've found a few signs of my own I thought if share for other TTC couples, to possibly ease your urge to take early pregnancy tests.
1- anywhere from 1-3 days before AF, when using the restroom, I can smell that iron type metallic smell. It's been consistent since I've noticed it, and AF is always right around the corner.
2-cervix check. 1-3 days before AF, cervix is soft, and is almost hard to distinguish between the vaginal walls.
3- cramps- with my first pregnancy, I never had cramps. So if I start feeling lower back pain or lower abdominal pain- she's on her way.
This is only my POV, may differ from person to person, just thought if share. Hopefully it can help others.
