Ovulation???

I need help, I've started taking fem balance a few days ago, have pcos, now today I have cramps, front and back, and lots of cm, haven't been chatting bbt just yet but want to know what everyone else experiences before ovulation so I can know, glow says tomorrow I start my peak week but I'm feeling it today, plus sex drive is super high today, tmi I know but just trying to figure this out, been ttc for almost a year..help please!!!
