Tampons.

So I just got off my period a few days ago. And every time I pulled a tampon out it hurt full or not... Since then I haven't had discharge like usual and it's itched. Me and my boyfriend just had sex and when everything came out... It was clumpy. It looked like broke down clumped together toilet paper... I'm guessing a tampon. I was wondering if there is anyone else with this problem and if so what did you do and can I help from going to the doctor?
