2-3 eggs about to release

This month is my 4th month of clomid this will be my 12th month of trying for baby #2. I had an HSG test done and all was good with that. Today I had an ultrasound which showed I have 2-3 eggs about to release this cycle!?!?! I am super excited yet a little nervous for triplets all at the same time. Anyone else have something similar? Did you end up with multiples?
