AF&&Pregnancy!!

Hi ladies! I have a mild case of PCOS. (Cysts on my ovaries!) and this can prevent pregnant! I haven't had my AF since late August! I'm currently on metformin for this! Although, I'm ttc, I'm scared that I will never be able to without help! 
Suggestions as ways to help the process? Thanks!
