BFP after my first miscarriage

Got my BFP after my loss in September on Halloween! I tested at 9 days dpo, and got a very faint positive. I just knew I was pregnant. Today, at 4 weeks, I took a digital to confirm and sure enough, pregnant! I'm terrified to lose this baby too. I'm afraid to even get excited.
