Dangers of early ultrasounds?

Ugh, I just read about how ultrasounds change the cells due to the heat they put off. They are considered safe but there are some people who think Autism and other disabilities may be caused by early ultrasounds. I already had my first one at 7 weeks and we go in for our second on Monday. A little nervous.

Don't believe everything you hear. There's so much out there nowadays that scare expecting mother. Just relax. The baby will be just fine. :)

I do therapeutic ultrasound as a therapist which involved using ultrasound to heat things up. If it was heating the baby up you would definitely feel it yourself too.

There is no risk like that. I'm high risk and I had 5 within the first 7 weeks of finding out that I was pregnant.

I am 15 weeks pregnant and because I am high risk I have had a total of 6 ultrasounds so far. My belief is that if it were even a question if danger doctors wouldn't preform then so regularly

I think they are fine, they wouldnt be able to do it if it wasnt safe :). I had a few in early stages of pregnancy coz i had 2 previous mc's, and my lil darling   Gave me a few comlpications such as Cholistasis which made a higher chance of having a still born AND i also tested positive to CMV which could mean my lil bub could be partially blind or deaf. But i had a beautiful healthy lil girl, and everything was perfect!!! :) all the best x

I had to have ultrasounds every 2 weeks with my now two year old. He is totally normal and doing things my 4 year old niece can't do. I'm sure your baby will be just fine

I had 3-4 ultrasounds with my daughter she is 17 months & completely normal, smart, happy & healthy.

Ive neber heard of that. Itsostblikely a conspiracy theory to come up with some sort of way to explain how autism happens
