Random ovulations

Does anyone else seem to ovulate at different times every month? I thought I was pretty on target at about 14 days after AF but now that I look into it more I was 12 days one month 14 days the next and I took a test tonight at only 9 days after AF and I am starting to see a light line on my ovulation test which means I should be ovulating in the next day or two I think. Seems really early to me. Is anyone else like this too?
