I'm 17 and have been wanting to have a baby?

I've been in a relationship for almost 3 years, graduating soon, have a good stable job (so does he, along with a house), and I'm not sure if I should wait for better timing or try? Maybe it's just baby fever, or maybe I'm just worried people will judge me for being so young?

I got pregnant with my son a month after turning 18 my boyfriend was 20. Now I'm not going to tell you that it won't work out. Because 8 years later we are still together and been married for 5 years. Life has been very hard and no amount of preparation is going to make being a parent easy. I love my son very much and he's my pride and joy. But being so young and having a baby was hard. I missed out on a lot of young adult experiences. Don't rush into it. Enjoy your relationship and your alone  time together.

I got pregnant at 15, had my baby at 16, and let me tell you it is nothing you could imagine. People say it's hard, but you don't truly understand until you're going thru it yourself. I wouldn't change my actions because I love my daughter soo incredibly much (6years now) but I would deff never recomend having a child until you are older. At 17 even 18, you think you know who you are and your life is in control, but having a child really really changes you. You can lose yourself, friendships can end, relationships change. I thought I was going to be an exception, I was going to be a teen mom that stayed with the father and got married and lived happily ever after. We were together for 6 years and after the baby everything changed. Please please think everything thru. It's not easy to this day being a mom no matter what you think you are or where you are in life.

Wait enjoy life...there's time for everything...children are a blessing but nothing will be the same once you have them...once you have a child everything is them first...I'd wait a few more years...
