Do you sleep with your hair in a bun or out/loose?

I have pretty long hair and if I don't sleep with it in a bun I can't brush it without like half a bottle of conditioner

I sleep with it in a bun sometimes and down i have long hair and sometimes i just dont like pullin my own hair when i sleep

I usually brush it out and the braid it. Gives me great volume and texture for the next day.

Loose :) much more comfortable and I hate pulling out a hair tie after its been in there after all that movement. Plus I have short hair so it doesn't really work well.

It's not really good to wear your hair up, but I can't stand having hair in my face while I sleep. Especially if it's a hot night and I wake up sweating and have hair stuck on everything! Or I get woken up in the middle of the night by my SO telling me my hair is all in his face. Can't win I tell ya!

Out or in a braid! I have long hair but can't stand to sleep with my hair in a bun or ponytail on the top of my head because I feel like it is pulling my hair out! But a nice loose braid can keep my hair more contained without pulling it as much.

every night I put it in a low ponytail. if I don't then the next morning it's all over the place.

Down, for some reason if I leave it up or loosely tied I get a headache although I would love to braid it or something. I have ridiculous long hair so when I wake up it looks like a family of rats have made my hair their home.
