What is next when clomid doesn't work?

I was on clomid for 3 months. I ovulated once but  pregnancy did not happen.  My doctor is refering me to a fertility specialist.  Does anyone know if they will try other drugs or injection? ? I have no idea what they are going to do.

I am on my last round of clomid and we found out that it was making a hostile environment for sperm during a post coital test. The results showed my CM killed 100% of the sperm.

That being said we were given two options: lap surgery for my endo or follistim & hcg Injectables with progesterone suppositories and IUI procedure. We went for the latter as pregnancy would be like having the surgery as it is the best thing for endometriosis.
