How spicy do you like your food?

I like spicy food, as does my husband! This is one of the reasons we don't eat at Taco Bell as the food just doesn't have any heat to it! Who else likes it spicy?

I'm not big on spicy stuff. I hate hot sauce, but I can eat a whole clump of old bay off a crab.

I'm from Latin America,  the crossroads.  In actual Latin American countries,  chile peppers are akin to pickles in the US. It's a side in salsas or used lightly for flavor in soups. Plus, we have extremely hot chile peppers. Ex. aji/scotch bonnet/ habanero/piri piri,  etc. Each has a distinct flavor.

In the US,  I can eat peppered up foods since the chile peppers are pretty mild. Ex jalapeño/serrano/cayenne. However,  I don't like food that I can't taste; piled with peppers to the point they add no flavor. (May as well eat a pickle sandwich. )

I love extremely spicy food. I buy the best hot sauce an make homemade tacos, fajitas, etc. salsa needs to be spicy. Buffalo wings needs to be spicy. The kick is what makes it the best(:
