Depression & Femara?

So my RE doubled my dose of Femara this month, and it feels like we are constantly being barraged with stress to the point that I feel like giving up. I find myself in tears a lot. I don't feel like this next IUI could possibly work, and I'm wasting my money on a scam business. I have been depressed in the past but have been coping well for a long time now. Is this the medicine bringing me down? I haven't reached rock bottom, but I am afraid to do another month on Femara just in case. Should I ask for Clomid if we do another IUI?

Last month Femara made me CRAZY! I'm serious. CRAZY. This month I was better than normal. Weird.  I find warning my husband really helps - that way he knows to proceed with caution :-)

I have been on Femara for 12 straight months. In those months I had lots of bone pain, and was feeling like I was losing my mind. Granted, infertility in general is so stressful, and it's been a crazy year of health issues. Still, after being off it for 3 months, I look back now and think it contributed to my depression, and body pain. I'm still without a child and I handle it much better now. Along with not feelings as depressed.
