TTC ovulation test question

I have been taking ovulation tests to try and conceive...long story short my husband need to go to the doctor for fertilization. Yesterday when I took the test it said low (circle with no smile) and today it said peak (smile not flashing) The doc said I should come in for implantation on my second peak day for optimal results. I am afraid if I wait until tomorrow I will miss my window. HELP!
