Extreme cramps

Hi ladies!! I'm 20+3 and I've been having extreme cramps, they hurt so bad. I don't know if this is normal or if I need to call a doctor just to check on baby boy. Is this normal? I don't wanna freak out for no reason, especially when hub is at training.
