When did i ovulate?

I got positive opk on CD13. I'm concerned about this last dip in temperature because i saw that after ovulation you need to have at least 3 days with higher temperature.

Dip is probably the secondary estrogen surge, no worries about that ☺ I think that rule about 3 high temps is just a guideline for people who don't use opks, and I think it's actually 3 low temps leading up to ovulation.. Maybe both. But either way, you got a rise after a positive opk, which means ovulation ☺

I'm taking temp every morning at the same time (right after the alarm). I was not sick for a couple od months, so i don't think that is the reason. I'm also recording my bbt on countdowntopregnancy.com

Your temp looks pretty consistent on your chart so it is very hard to tell when you have ovulated - there should be a clear dip and spike of between 0.5-1°c.

Are you taking your temp at the exact same time each day? The moment you wake up? - I put my thermometer on my phone as it's the first thing I look at when I wake up!

Have you been sick or on any meds? as these can also affect BBT.

BBT doesn't work for everybody, but try it for at least 3 months to see if Glow can establish a pattern :-)

Also, trust OPK over BBT, so u will have ovulated sometime in the next 12-48 hours after your positive OPK :-D
