Decided to take my life back.

So I woke up this morning completely disgusted with myself. Since I met my fiancé, I've put on 56 lbs... Now I'm over weight, have no energy, and feel absolutely disgusted with myself. So today is day one on the path to get back to myself, with help and motivation from my fiancé as well. I spoke with him about how I'm feeling, and he's feeling the same way, putting on almost 100lbs since we met. Today is day one of the healthy me :)
