When does the second trimester start?

There are so many different answers to this. Can someone please tell when the second trimester officially starts?

Im pretty sure it's at 14weeks

The hard thing is that 40 weeks does not break up evenly into trimesters which is why there is so much of a difference. If you want to get all technical it happens at 13 weeks 2 days assuming a 40 week pregnancy.
