Has anyone else had a sharp pain in their back while taking a breathe in?

I sometimes get a really awful pain in my back when I take a breathe in, it doesn't even have to be a deep breathe, it just really hurts and as far as I know I'm the only one with this problem. I don't know why I get it, I just know it tends to get unbearable quickly.

I get a sharp pain under my left breast. That usually means heartburn.

I get it but it's because I had TB as a baby and have asthma (I'm a smoker) :/
