Need advice

I took a ovulating test on sat night to see if I was. It said I was the lines were light but you could see them well. Me and my husband had sex 3 times since then. But I wake up this morning and I clotted and have been bleeding almost like a full period today. Was the test wrong or could it be the egg embedding.  I have been looking at different articles but still not sure.
