TTC help please!!

Just officially started TTC today! My boyfriend and I have been together for 16 months. I had an IUD since March and had it removed this morning. We had sexual intercourse this evening and plan on it again and Saturday. I bought CVS brand Prenatal Vitmans as well because I've heard it increases the chances of conception! Any advice, tips, or feedback would be greatly appreciated! Please help!
