Rainbow baby I'm scared :(

I just found out I'm pregnant again after a MC in august with 5 weeks. I'm really happy but also really terrified that it might go wrong again. The first time I was really tired and had headaches and really painful breasts. Now I feel nothing accept for tender nipples. I thought I was already out this month. Is there anyone else who had a MC and then a healthy pregnancy with little early symptoms?
