Getting Pregnant after Myomectomy?

Has anyone had issues conceiving following a Myomectomy?  I had one 2 years ago and it was a pretty intense recovery due to the fibroids.  The doctor never explained my chances even after I told him we were going to start trying.  My husband and I have been trying for almost a year now and no luck so far.  I have been off the pill for 3 1/2 years as well.

I had a myomectomy and no problem to conceive I decided to star planning in May then I mc in July got pregnant in August again.  Without medications And now expecting twins probably u should start detoxifying your cells as I did before getting pregnant.   avoid meats and increase fruit intakes in your diet.

I had a myomectomy in March of this year (39 fibroids removed). In my first HSG, my tubes were not even visible because of the fibroids. In the 2nd HSG (about 2 1/2 months after myomectomy), 2nd HSG showed clear tubes and normal shaped uterus. My fertility specialist told me we could start trying around our wedding (August 1st) and if I wasn't pregnant within six months to come back to see him (that will be around February). We have been ttc almost 4 months now. Are you checking to see if your are ovulating? Are your tubes open since the surgery (no scar tissue or anything)?
