Blood clotting and rh-

Starting to really lose hope. 35 years old TTC for 1 year 2 mc 1 chemical pregnancy. The doctor recommended that I start a low dose aspirin regime for this blood clotting mutation I have. And I am also rh -....I feel like the cards r stacked against me.
