Okay ladies my cycle ranges from cd 32-52 and last month i started taking 800 mg of folic acid along with some very nasty geritol tonic and I am on cd 11 today with high for ovulation .starting on cycle 2 i took geritol tonic with folic acid .Heres how i took .cd 2,3,4,5,7,8,10 took 1 tablespoon of the geritol tonic with my folic acid .This month will be the first month i will have a 28 day cycle .I will still take folic acid daily .I was so glad i started testing early cause i could have missed my window .been so busy havent got to bd till today with my first high opk.gl ladies .
